Ah, yes, I didn't noticed it was a Daz3D render. I am not a huge fan of this software, but I don't know it well either. SO I am not sure how much you can change the render setup. Overall, I think that your shader lacks of difference between light and shadow peaks. But it may be because you placed too much light on both sides of the model. Not sure ! Which renderer does Daz3D uses for the renders ? Also, if you are searching for a comic-like render, I wouldn't use reflection shaders (such as the one you usd for the metal part). keep up the good work and good luck !
Those are pre-define shaders, I don't get to setup too much, Light/shadow peaks aren't settings, but I can tell it how much to blur from one to another. Reflection ain't under my control either, but I did place way too much of light around it. (Fact is, because she's under a spotlight on the visual novel), so I put a spotlight light on the render, I will remove that then.
DAZ 3D use 3D delight.
And I'm not searching a comic-like effect, more a manga effect, but I guess I'll try to seek further in the matter of reflection, I might have somewhere to disable it. I'm still looking around it ^^'.
